GoMICE is a member of the ANVR. The ANVR uses strict standards for membership and promotes the quality of travel and travel information. The trips you book at goMICE are offered under the ANVR Travel Terms and Conditions (ANVR Travel Terms and Conditions for Package Travel or ANVR Booking Terms and Conditions for Single Travel Services and\/or Linked Travel Package Terms and Conditions) which are applicable to all offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.\u00a0<\/p>

Foundation Travel Guarantee Fund for Business<\/strong><\/h3>

goMICE is affiliated with SGRZ. You can check this here<\/a> . Within the limits of the SGRZ guarantee scheme<\/a> , trips published by goMICE are covered by the SGRZ guarantee. This SGRZ guarantee means that the consumer is assured that his pre-paid travel money will be refunded if the other party cannot fulfill the agreed performance due to financial insolvency. Insofar as the agreement includes transportation and the destination has already been reached, the return trip will be taken care of.<\/p>

Own contribution to SGRZ<\/strong><\/h5>

Since Feb. 1, 2021, every consumer who books a trip with a travel organization affiliated with SGRZ pays \u20ac5 per person per booking. For years, guaranteeing your booked trip was free, but even after the corona crisis the guarantee fund should be there for you, so you can continue to travel carefree.<\/p>
