Due to the snow, early at the airport<\/strong><\/h3>\nBecause snow was forecast, we had already set off from the Netherlands extra early. We didn't want to take any risks and were at the airport early. We had also sent the participants an email the evening before, advising them to leave on time due to the expected snow. The first participants soon reported to us at the agreed spot and, as we had arranged a special check-in desk, the group was checked in very quickly. We did depart a little later, however, due to the de-icing of the aircraft.<\/p>\n
The flight and transfer were of course well organised.<\/strong><\/h3>\nAfter a flight of around 6.5 hours, we landed at Dubai Airport. We had mobilised no fewer than about 15 people from the gate to the transfer buses to ensure everything ran smoothly. At every corner and every intersection (Dubai Airport is very large), there was a representative with a sign displaying the logo. This allowed all participants to very easily follow their route to the exit.<\/p>\n
