January 2020: An update from Anita<\/h2>\n

First of all, best wishes for 2020 and welcome to the roaring twenties! After a wonderful holiday in Dubai, one of my favourite destinations for a short sun-soaked break (relatively short flight, no jetlag because of the small time difference, blue skies and sun every day, the incredible level of service and fantastic food), we are fully recharged and ready to do some wonderful things in 2020!<\/p>\n

Because we have had the privilege of being guests in Dubai for many years now, we don't do a great deal more than enjoy wonderful food, drinks and the sunshine. Together with our two sons, we've had a wonderful time and looked back on the year 2019 together. We've reminisced about old memories and created new ones.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, we are visiting our favourite restaurants in Dubai, such as Pai Thai, Shimmers, Siddharta Lounge, but we also love discovering new gems that we can then use for a incentive travel<\/a><\/strong>. As the icing on the cake, this time we also dined in restaurant Al Muntaha located on the 27the<\/sup> Burj Al Arab floor. What a party that was! The food, the atmosphere, the service and the view were unprecedented! Our boys were also left speechless by this restaurant, where truly everything is just right.<\/p>\n

Looking back at 2019 and looking ahead to 2020<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Looking back on the business front, we can once again look back on a fantastic 2019 and we are extremely proud of everything we were able to organise last year for our loyal and also many new clients! This year, too, a lot is in the pipeline. The months of January and February are often dedicated to preparations for various Events<\/a><\/strong> incentive travel! But several project managers are flying out with groups again this month too. For example Lotte, she is heading to Lapland with a group this month! Trends in the MICE market<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We also always keep an eye on industry trends and are happy to share the most important trends and how goMICE<\/a> <\/strong>responds to that. The main trend we are seeing is that the customer experience is becoming increasingly important. Interactive tools will therefore be needed to find the target audience, activate them and offer an optimal experience. The good news is that we have further expanded our services within goMICE, and this initiative fits in seamlessly with enhancing and prolonging the customer experience.<\/p>\n
