You will then quickly get away from the crowds and step out right in front of your hotel. Public transport costs are very manageable and the price of the hotel is often a lot more affordable. There are also often nice and cosy restaurants nearby, and you make a good impression on your business relations by not staying in the conventional surroundings of the conference, instead offering a creative solution that gives a greater sense of city life. In addition, people get somewhat away from the hustle and bustle around the conference.
