Easing of measures<\/strong><\/h3>\nA ban on LIVE contact has not been easy for humans as social animals. At goMICE, we believe more than anyone in the power of meeting LIVE and experiencing things together, and we are therefore extremely glad that we can slowly work towards coming together LIVE again.<\/p>\n
Naturally, there are (as long as the virus is with us) still some restrictions on gathering in large groups. From 1 June in any case with 30 people and from 1 July (until 1 September) again with 100 people.<\/p>\n
As creators of corporate LIVE moments, we have therefore been busy mapping out for our clients how we will create and realise meetings, events or incentives within these new frameworks.<\/p>\n

The protocol for business meetings <\/strong><\/h3>\nFrom the Event platform<\/u> <\/a><\/strong>(the overarching consultation platform of various industry and trade organisations in the events sector) launched the \u2018protocol for business gatherings\u2019 this month, which has also been presented to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. The baseline for this protocol is the current advice and measures established by the RIVM. This protocol helps to ensure that we can observe safe guidelines during the creation and organisation of your next LIVE moment. In addition, we have a toolkit ready to assist in organising and meeting in a safe and hygienic manner.<\/p>\nThis includes, among other things:<\/p>\n
\n- Ensuring safe working conditions for all partners and suppliers who collaborate during your meeting or event (from organisation to set-up and break-down)<\/li>\n
- Safe transport and visitor registration<\/li>\n
- Safe logistics organisation and on-site movement<\/li>\n
- Safe preparation and service of food and drink<\/li>\n
- Appointing a COVID-19 officer to ensure compliance with all guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
