Start of the day at the Beachclub <\/strong><\/h3>\nIt's a rainy morning, but we're lucky because as soon as we drive into Zeeland, the sun breaks through! Our first stop is at a beautiful beach club near Renesse, where we are warmly welcomed with a delicious cup of coffee. A good start to the day. They explain the rules that are being applied and we see that the 1.5-meter distance is being maintained. The tables are spaced well apart and are equipped with coughing screens. For this event, we are naturally hoping for good weather so we can light up the BBQ on the outdoor terrace. This location also offers good measures to cater the BBQ indoors in a coronavirus-proof manner, should the weather not permit us to go outside. goMICE always ensures a plan B, together and in consultation with the relevant location.<\/p>\n

A beautiful venue which we regularly use for business meetings for our clients. Here too, the welcome is always personal and warm. Although it still feels a bit strange not to be able to shake hands... Our client is also present, at our invitation, to discuss the further preparations together. We always prefer to do this on location so that we can switch and act quickly and efficiently!<\/p>\n
We immediately notice that this location, too, has everything in perfect order and works in a Covid-safe manner. Upon entering, there is clear signage, various sanitiser stations are available, and the staff maintain a good distance of 1.5 metres. If desired, it is possible to provide face masks and gloves during the event. We can fully tailor everything to the wishes and protocols of our client, even during Covid.<\/p>\n

For example, the meeting rooms are equipped with various sliding walls, allowing us to enlarge the plenary space so that everyone can be seated in the same room during the meeting. The wall-sized projection screen, which makes this meeting room so special, will then come in particularly handy! During the meeting, we will ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently by setting up extra cosy coffee corners! Furthermore, the hotel is offering its facilities, such as the swimming pool and the wellness area. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning, which will be served in the breakfast room. Albeit with one-way traffic!<\/p>\n
