With 40km of blue (easy) pistes, 69km of red (intermediate) pistes and 33km of black (difficult) pistes, Mayrhofen is perfect for all types of winter sports enthusiasts, from beginners to seasoned skiers and snowboarders. The real daredevils can try their hand at the Harakiri piste, with a 78% gradient, it's one of the steepest and most notorious pistes in the Alps. Never skied before? The highly experienced ski instructors will ensure you can ski independently down the piste in no time during a private or group lesson.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Discover the other highlights in Mayrhofen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Besides an extensive ski area, Mayrhofen also offers numerous other activities to make your winter incentive a resounding success:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sledging<\/strong>A fifteen-minute drive from Mayrhofen lies the longest toboggan run in the Zillertal. Guaranteed fun on this 7km long toboggan run! Along the way, you can stop at the Schlittenstadl Sonnalm for a delicious bite to eat and drink, and fantastic mountain views.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paragliding<\/strong>Experience ultimate freedom and soar between the mountains on a tandem paragliding flight.
