Right on time, the aircraft departed from Eindhoven for a 3-hour morning flight towards Faro airport. Once landed on Portuguese soil, we were welcomed with great enthusiasm and a big smile by the bus driver who took the group to Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course<\/a> spent in Vilamoura. Upon arrival, the group was greeted with a delicious snack and drink, accompanied by a view of the beautifully sprawling lawns. A top-notch start to the trip! Meanwhile, Project Manager Nadia and I handed out the goodie bags put together by goMICE to the group, containing handy items for the stay.<\/p>\n Time for an active golf clinic! The group was split into small groups, each with their own instructor. Putting, chipping, pitching and the full swing were covered and practiced. After two hours of sweating it was time for a well-deserved lunch, after which we headed to the hotel by bus. Thanks to the perfectly prepared fast check-in, all participants had their room keys in no time. After some time to freshen up, the evening kicked off with a welcome drink on the hotel rooftop. The first group photo was taken and a welcome speech was given. Afterwards, we walked together to a restaurant a little further down the road for a three-course Italian dinner!<\/p>\n Following an extensive breakfast, 11 colourful tuk-tuks were waiting outside the hotel to take the group on an Albufeira highlight tour! The route included the stunning coastline, the old town and an idyllic vineyard, among other things. After a brief tour and explanation of the vineyard, it was time to enjoy an extensive three-course lunch. Naturally, accompanied by a local glass of wine\u2026 \ud83d\ude09 Following this activity, the group was taken back to the hotel by private transfer, where they could enjoy the hotel facilities during the afternoon.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Nadia and I visited the dinner restaurant in the old town for a final check. In the evening, the group enjoyed a traditional platter dinner here with a sublime view of the sea! Various bites were served on 1-metre platters; think of bruschetta, small hams, cheese, chicken wings, garlic bread, pizza slices and salad. After dinner, the group had the opportunity to operate the sound system themselves and typical Dutch bangers were played. After dinner, part of the group continued the evening on the Albufeira strip.<\/p>\n The following morning, everyone was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at breakfast, and Nadia went ahead to Albufeira harbour to check whether the 4 RIB boats were ready for our group. I went with the group on the coach. The atmosphere was immediately lively again, as everyone was looking forward to the dolphin tour: searching for dolphins at high speeds. Super cool! After about 45 minutes, we spotted the dolphins \u2013 absolutely amazing to see these marine mammals in the wild! The tour continued past impressive steep cliffs and beautiful rock formations. After a morning of bouncing around on the water, a delicious lunch followed in Albufeira harbour. The afternoon was dedicated to relaxation and free time.<\/p>\n After the group had freshened up in the hotel, the coach was ready for departure once more. After all, we were wrapping up the final evening in beach style. Against the backdrop of the setting sun, a wonderful group photo was taken, after which a carefully curated Asian dinner was enjoyed. The DJ present started to hype up the atmosphere a bit and within no time the entire beach club was dancing. A perfectly festive conclusion to this successful incentive trip!<\/p>\n After a free morning and check-out, the trip concluded with a BBQ lunch. Right up to the final minute of the trip, the group made it a party! For instance, a song was even played over the intercom during the flight\u2026 A great reflection of the group's mood throughout the entire journey! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n This brought an end to yet another unforgettable incentive trip with this group. How they enjoyed it and how many lovely and positive reactions we have once again been able to receive. Completely unburdening the group and preparing everything to perfection is what gives us energy.
