A group trip to Cape Town with 150 people<\/h2>\n

goMICE also often organises events outside of Europe Group holidays<\/a>, with varying objectives from the clients. For example, we organised a group trip to Cape Town for 150 people.<\/p>\n

4-Day event<\/a> organised for a group of 150 people<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This time, we received a request from an international organisation in the telecommunications sector, with the objective of learning about each other's approaches and markets. They wanted to present the latest innovations, but also reward all participants for their fantastic results. The 150 participants had to be flown in from all over the world. The days were to be filled with a 3-day convention, supplemented by an activity and attractive dining locations. Furthermore, on the final day, they also wanted to incorporate a very special closing activity.<\/p>\n

Beautiful hotels in Cape Town<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Cape Town has some hotel gems, but the One & Only is certainly my favourite. This hotel is not only very suitable for this group trip to Cape Town, but also for incentives<\/a> The leisure is great. Not only the excellent location, but also the resort itself ensure that Cape Town is an experience in that regard.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the hotel is home to the restaurant Nobu, an excellent Asian chain, and one of my favourites alongside HAKASAN and the Buddha Bar. It is for this reason that we have planned one dinner in this restaurant.<\/p>\n

For many, a first encounter with this restaurant chain, but certainly not their last!<\/p>\n

We've truly taken everything off our client's hands<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We wanted the participants of this group trip to Cape Town to experience the beautiful resort straight away, so we organised registration around the swimming pool.<\/p>\n

While the participants had to wait for a moment, they were offered a delicious refreshing drink and could get acquainted with the other participants. Something different again than a room with a registration desk upon arrival.<\/p>\n

24\/7 availability with 5 colleagues<\/strong><\/h4>\n

During the convention days, 5 UNIGLOBE colleagues were on-site to ensure everything ran smoothly, supported by the fantastic event manager from the ONE & ONLY. We were available 24\/7, including overnight. This is standard for us and usually, the nights are quiet. This time, however, wasn't. We had to take someone to the hospital twice. Fortunately, both situations had a positive outcome and nothing serious occurred. Both participants were (despite having travelled extensively) very happy with our assistance.<\/p>\n
