I often say: \u201cWhat lovely work we have\u201d. Last week, 8 more groups returned, and it\u2019s fantastic when you get immediate feedback that crowns our work.<\/p>\n
With a big smile, our project managers are sitting at their computers to receive all the compliments. And that makes me happy time and time again! We love to hear that our service is once again rated an average of 9. And also that the restaurants, activities, and programme were once again experienced as very creative.<\/p>\n
We have had the privilege of organising travel and events for various regular clients for many years now. This ranges from incentive travel<\/a><\/strong> until inspiration<\/a><\/strong>reis, maar ook zeer verschillend Events<\/a><\/strong>. Yet our contacts always go out of their way to compliment us. And we are proud of that!<\/p>\n It's also great when we see that \u201cnew\u201d clients are very happy and satisfied. It's always exciting when a client switches to goMICE because they expect us to be able to do it \u201cbetter\u201d than the party they booked with previously.<\/p>\n We must therefore also make it happen, because nothing is more annoying than if it were to go wrong. I, but also our entire team, would be hugely disappointed and even \u201csick\u201d about it, believe me. Fortunately, that has never happened before, and it actually can't go wrong. Our project managers and I are perfectionists who leave nothing to chance. All of us are avid travellers and sensitive, which gives everyone an extra antenna to sense our clients well and thus strike the right chord in choosing the programme.<\/p>\n It all depends on good preparation. Consider the following:<\/p>\n On-site, we also knock ourselves out walking around. We check all the locations again and are in constant contact with our local suppliers.<\/p>\n Recently, my colleague and I walked 40 kilometres through the city in 4 days! This was to ensure everything ran smoothly. And for the participants, it sometimes seems like there isn't much involved beforehand. And if that's the case, then we've done our job well!<\/p>\n Then everything runs like clockwork and according to plan, and it seems as if organising such a trip is a piece of cake. And that's how it should be. We take care of everything and are completely at the service of the client and participants. Nothing is too much for us, and we love it.<\/p>\n As in my previous blog<\/a><\/strong> written, it usually gets a bit quieter around this time (in June and the summer), but not this year. New applications keep coming in! Fortunately, we hired new project managers in time to be able to arrange everything perfectly. They also share the same passion, which is a prerequisite for working at goMICE!<\/p>\n Well, I'm going on holiday myself! Quality time with my family. A nice detail: The four of us have each made a bucket list of destinations we'd love to visit again. These range from Northern Spain, South America to Lapland. We try to take a \u201cbigger\u201d trip every 2 years, but they always have to be destinations where we can also do some inspiration and inspections. Travel = our work. And we are always busy with our work. This year our summer holiday is heading towards Tanzania, combined with a few days on the beach in Zanzibar. Because Africa is also a destination for group travel. To a lesser extent, but it is emerging. For example, we recently organised a Group trip to Cape Town<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n Besides thoroughly enjoying the safari in Tanzania and the beach in Zanzibar, we also have a number of inspections and appointments with suppliers scheduled.
