Launch event in Wassenaar for 200 employees<\/h2>\n

On a warm and summery Thursday in June, we organised a launch event at Beachclub BAIT in Wassenaar for one of our regular clients. The perfect way to put the item being launched in the spotlight and introduce it to around 200 employees.<\/p>\n

Last-minute request for this event<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Whereas the lead time for an event averages 3 to 6 months for smaller events and 6 to 12 months for larger ones, we received this request just 6 weeks prior to the event. The venue had already been secured by our client, and the programming was up to goMICE. A wonderful challenge in which quick thinking and acting was essential for the goMICE team!<\/p>\n

Original power boost<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The event itself took place in the afternoon, but to give the whole day a festive touch, a surprise was already on the programme in the morning. Unique fruit girls in their fruitiest outfits handed out healthy bars to the employees at the office. A great power boost to start the day with!<\/p>\n

Time to get things ready!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Whilst the staff continued their day at the office following this power boost, we got straight to work together with our client on setting up Beachclub BAIT: a modern beach pavilion at the Wassenaarse Slag with a stylish and cosy interior. After a brief meeting with the party manager, we transformed the entire pavilion in accordance with our client's wishes.<\/p>\n

The plenary part of the programme was largely to consist of a panel discussion, which is why the entire indoor space was arranged in the style of a late-night talk show (think of: Graham Norton). We had to take bright sunlight into account here (it was not allowed to fall on the presentation screen or in the speakers' eyes). In addition, we had to keep space clear for the professional camera crew that would be present to record the entire event.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the speakers, conference chair, camera crew and promotional staff streamed in and time flew by. More than half an hour before the start time, the last beach flags were put up \u2013 which of course cannot be missing at an event on the beach \u2013 and we were ready!<\/p>\n

A successful event<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The event went smoothly: from a relaxed reception on the lovely outdoor terrace to an enthusiastic presentation about the new services to be launched, a lively panel discussion, a delicious barbecue and, of course, a joint toast to the launch!<\/p>\n

Preparations for our launch were already in full swing. Arrangements with the venue had already been made. When it turned out to be a bit too much of a logistical challenge after all, the team at goMICE decisively took the helm. Without any fuss about arrangements already made, and within the very short timeframe before D-day, it was a wonderful and successful event, thanks in part to them!
