Lost your travel document? Don't panic!
You are about to leave and your passport or ID is nowhere to be found. Swearing, sweating and turning your bag inside out all over again. You think: “This is it, there goes my holiday.” Fortunately, that really doesn't have to be the case.
What are you doing? Just go to the airport! You take your driving licence and two recent passport photos (okay, so it is handy to keep those at home as normal) and report to the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee. Fill in a few forms, wait an hour and voilà: there is your temporary pink passport. It is possible, you just must not forget to hand it back in afterwards, otherwise you have a new problem. First aid
From a colleague fainting during an intensive brainstorming session to allergic reactions to the food or a clumsy fall by a participant who was just a little too enthusiastic when downing the welcome drinks. The British Heart Foundation's first aid app is also installed on our phones by default. At large events (both in the UK and abroad), we always ensure there are enough security guards and first aiders to assist in the event of emergencies.

Your keynote speaker misses the train, the CEO got the flight time wrong and the main guest is stuck in endless traffic. Because the Netherlands and traffic jams: an iconic duo. And they are always there precisely at the moment you really need to be on time. Panic? Nah, course not.
