Wat is een klantevent?

Een klantevent is een zakelijk event voor bestaande klanten, prospects of strategische relaties. Het doel is vaak waardering tonen, kennis delen, relaties verdiepen of klanten dichter bij je merk brengen. Een goed klantevent voelt persoonlijk, relevant en professioneel.

Een klantevent helpt om relaties te versterken buiten de dagelijkse commerciële contactmomenten. Je geeft klanten aandacht, inspiratie en waarde. Dat kan bijdragen aan loyaliteit, vertrouwen, klantbehoud en nieuwe commerciële kansen.

Een klantevent richt zich specifiek op klanten of prospects. Een relatie-event kan breder zijn en ook partners, leveranciers, dealers of andere zakelijke relaties omvatten. De toon van een klantevent is vaak iets inhoudelijker en persoonlijker.
