Incentive trip to Berlin
While we regularly organise incentive trips to southern European destinations, there are also very interesting and fun cities to discover in the rest of Europe. Today, I'll tell you more about an incentive trip to Berlin, the capital of Germany.
A new client called us. And I've mentioned it before in a earlier blog. We have a lot of ambassadors around. This contact person previously worked elsewhere and booked group travel with us then, she mentioned.
Just as the company for which she now works a incentive travel The company wanted to organise something extravagant, she thought of us. She picked up the phone and explained what the company was looking for. The incentive destination hadn't been decided yet, so everything was up for grabs. That makes things even more fun for us.
To arrive at a suitable destination for a client, we use a ’funnel model’. By asking the right questions, we often come up with surprising suggestions that align well with the purpose of a trip.
Choosing the right destination
In this specific case, our contact person suggested Valencia as the destination themselves. And I can hear you thinking: “That's quite a bit different from Berlin!”. And that's certainly true. But by asking the right questions, it turned out that Berlin would be a much better fit for the target audience. Nice and surprising. Especially when you notice that people are becoming increasingly enthusiastic about the many possibilities in Berlin.
And that's what we do it for. A targeted approach resulting in a surprising destination and an original programme. And when, upon returning, it turns out the group experienced it all as perfect, then we are proud and satisfied!

The group trip to Berlin
The 3-day incentive trip to Berlin was packed with delicious food, fun activities, and exploring the city. The 20 colleagues were all young people from the IT sector, and we made sure that all represented profiles could fully enjoy the trip.
For example, we had organised an incredibly fun workshop where everyone could let their creativity flow. In addition, we organised a motorised activity, with a concluding tour of a local brewery.
