Formula 1 2021 in Zandvoort from the Paddock Club
There has been a lot going on, with Formula 1 in Zandvoort. We also received an invitation from one of our major airline suppliers, Emirates, to be present at the Formula 1 race. And as if the Formula 1 experience in itself wasn't spectacular enough, our tickets were also valid for the Paddock Club! From the Paddock Club, you have a view of the start, finish, and the pit lane. So: the best place to be during the race! In this blog, we'll take you along to the Formula 1 race in Zandvoort in 2021!

Travelling to the Circuit of Zandvoort
Getting to Zandvoort by car would be too much of a challenge, and we also prefer sustainable travel when possible, so we travelled by train! Dutch Railways had everything in perfect order. (Nice detail: As of 1 October 2021, NS has chosen Uniglobe Alliance Travel as its business travel partner and we will be handling all their business travel that cannot be reached by train. We are extremely proud of that!).
From Rotterdam, we took the Intercity Direct straight to Amsterdam Centraal, and from there, a train departed for Zandvoort aan Zee every five minutes (normally two or three times per hour). So, we were soon at the gates of the Paddock Club. No waiting times and no overcrowded trains! Absolutely brilliant!
VIP experience in the Paddock Club
The reception by Emirates and the view was fantastic. There was a wide selection of food and drinks, and we felt like true VIPs. This experience and feeling are what we always try to create at Uniglobe Alliance Travel and goMICE, when guests travel with us or when we organise an event. And as if that all wasn’t enough, Max Verstappen also did what he came to do: win! What a joy to see how he achieved it. DJ Tiësto was the one who got to wave the chequered flag, after which he then performed… that made the success complete. What an incredible and unforgettable weekend!
