Organising an incentive trip to Budapest
Organising incentives in Budapest? For a regular client, we organise an annual incentives to the city of Budapest, Pearl of the Danube. Last November it was that time again, and we were once more able to put together a wonderful programme for them.
This trip is a reward for the participants, and should therefore be a unique experience for them. For example, we need to think about choosing the right hotel, location, ambience and price, but also the activities and, last but not least, the restaurants. During this trip, the participants must lack nothing, and the schedule must be perfect. Partly thanks to our local contacts and our own expertise, we have once again succeeded in providing this group with a wonderful trip.
You will encourage Budapest | From Brussels to Budapest
Following departure from Brussels, the aircraft landed right on time in Budapest, where the group was met by a local, Dutch-speaking guide. Using a private luxury Mercedes minibus, the group was taken from the airport to an authentic Hungarian restaurant for lunch.
After everyone has enjoyed the local cuisine, it is time to explore this beautiful city with the guide. Starting at the Hungarian State Opera House, where the group, after a short tour, was surprised with a private concert. After the choir has sung several arias, it is time to admire Budapest from the most beautiful spot; the river, the Danube. During a one-hour cruise on a private boat, everyone can enjoy all the beauty that Budapest has to offer. The afternoon concludes with a visit to the culinary hotspot in Budapest, the Grand Market Hall.
Incentivise Budapest | The evening
Once everyone has freshened up, the evening can begin with a welcome drink at the Fisherman's Bastion. Built on the castle hill, this magnificent structure features 7 fairytale towers; from here, the view over the Pest district is extraordinary.
Following this, the dinner will take place in restaurant Alabardos, housed in an old 15th-century Gothic building. Dining here means enjoying high-culinary food in a unique location with local hospitality. After an energising day, it is time to head to the hotel, the Intercontinental, perfectly situated in the city, with fantastic views over the Danube.
Incentivereis Budapest | The second day and conclusion
On the second day of this trip, a visit is paid to the customer's factory, located just over an hour's drive away. Following an on-site tour, a concluding lunch is planned at Restaurant 21 in Budapest. A venue that manages to create a modern atmosphere despite its limestone walls and dark wooden furniture.
Having enjoyed all the local regional products, the transfer is ready again to take everyone back to the airport. Upon return, the client let us know that they were all very impressed by the fantastic trip and good planning.
