goMICE is ready for your business meeting 2.0.
After months of working from home, online meetings and social distancing, from 1st June onwards, some breathing space will gradually return to our way of working and socialising (both privately and professionally).
Easing of measures
A ban on LIVE contact has not been easy for humans as social animals. At goMICE, we believe more than anyone in the power of meeting LIVE and experiencing things together, and we are therefore extremely glad that we can slowly work towards coming together LIVE again.
Naturally, there are (as long as the virus is with us) still some restrictions on gathering in large groups. From 1 June in any case with 30 people and from 1 July (until 1 September) again with 100 people.
As creators of corporate LIVE moments, we have therefore been busy mapping out for our clients how we will create and realise meetings, events or incentives within these new frameworks.
The protocol for business meetings
From the Event platform (the overarching consultation platform of various industry and trade organisations in the events sector) launched the ‘protocol for business gatherings’ this month, which has also been presented to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. The baseline for this protocol is the current advice and measures established by the RIVM. This protocol helps to ensure that we can observe safe guidelines during the creation and organisation of your next LIVE moment. In addition, we have a toolkit ready to assist in organising and meeting in a safe and hygienic manner.
This includes, among other things:
- Ensuring safe working conditions for all partners and suppliers who collaborate during your meeting or event (from organisation to set-up and break-down)
- Safe transport and visitor registration
- Safe logistics organisation and on-site movement
- Safe preparation and service of food and drink
- Appointing a COVID-19 officer to ensure compliance with all guidelines.

We can imagine that you cannot yet immediately picture how to organise your next meeting, within the guidelines, without compromising the experience or the objective of your LIVE moment. We can take away these concerns by developing a complete plan for you that suits your wishes and goals while observing all guidelines for a safe business meeting.
Not LIVE yet, but top of mind?
This could potentially also mean that we a concept or we can develop a plan for you in which you inform, activate or enthuse your target audience online during the first months, building towards a LIVE moment at home or abroad later this year or in 2021.
