Organising an event, how do we do it? At the time of writing, we are in the process of organising several similar Events. We organise diverse events for various clients. Think galas, product launches, award ceremonies, and corporate events. We specialise in this and know exactly what to look out for.
Even for organising these kinds of large and important events, we pull out all the stops. In collaboration with the venues, we deliver a top-class event for our client!
Finding a venue when organising an event
The location is an important factor when organising an event. We first ask our contacts what is the theme of the event and then we create a top-down list of locations that we deem suitable.

- All of our project managers, including myself, always arrange a meeting with the location (even if we know it extremely well) before we proceed to send out a quotation. After all, it wouldn't do to be sitting down with a client to explain our quotation having never visited the location ourselves. This is in contrast to many other agencies. Fortunately, our contacts notice this too, and this was recently confirmed once again.
- We take care of the entire process, from the teaser stage to the invitation process. Furthermore, everything is done digitally and automatically. Precise and error-free. You can find more information about, for example, our specially developed Digital Event Manager here.
- Once we have selected three locations, we will draw up a quote. This is never a one-to-one translation of the location's quote. In our opinion, that is not creative enough, but we do encounter this a lot on the market.
We add things, or we leave things out. We look for ingredients that match the evening or the theme.
- We visit the locations multiple times, with and without the client, to capture all details meticulously.
- We always organise a tasting so we know exactly if the choice meets the requirements.
- We are looking for various additions for a spectacular event, such as a magic mirror, special awards, the best DJ, performers, make-up artists, robots, simulators, gadgets, and more.

We're currently working on five major events with great passion. We're busy organising a kick-off, an award-winning event, and a launch event. These events will all take place between now and March. The events will vary in size, catering for 100 to 650 people.
