goMICE is a business group travel and events agency operating under the umbrella of international business travel agency Uniglobe Alliance Travel. With our team of enthusiastic professionals, we organise meetings, incentives, concepts, and events, both domestically and internationally.

You are an experienced project manager who effortlessly switches between concept development, client contact, budgets, logistics, and execution. You quickly grasp clients' wishes and know how to translate them into creative, feasible, and surprising programmes.
You feel responsible for the whole picture: the client, the team, and the end result. You are a natural leader: someone who inspires, motivates, and enjoys sharing knowledge and experience.

What do you have in stock?

In addition, you have:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Project Manager within international meetings, events, or group travel.
- HBO level of work and thinking.
- Very good command of the Dutch and English languages.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Canva.
- Knowledge of Amadeus or Galileo is a nice to have, but not a must.
- The drive to help the team and goMICE grow further.
What are you going to do?
As a Senior Project Manager:
- Lead your projects from A to Z: from briefing to budget, from concept to execution.
- Translate your customer needs into creative and inspiring LIVE concepts.
- Monitor your budgets, contracts, margins, and deadlines.
- You negotiate with suppliers and ensure strong collaborations.
- Are you present at inspections, events, and group trips (including outside of office hours when necessary)?.
- Inspire your colleagues by sharing your knowledge and experience in a natural, coaching style.
- Do you actively contribute to quality improvement, innovation, and further professionalisation within goMICE.
