Who will you be working for?
You'll be working for three strong brands within Uniglobe Alliance Travel, one of the biggest players in international business travel. Our labels, goMICE and GSE The Agency, organise impactful meetings, events, and sports & incentive trips worldwide. From our spectacular office on the 38th floor of the Maastoren, you'll collaborate with a close-knit marketing team and help build stories that inspire, activate, and connect.

This is you
- Strategic and creative – you switch effortlessly between big campaign ideas and hands-on execution.
- King/Queen of content – you fill and manage the content calendar, and write blogs, posts, and emails as if it were nothing.
- Visual storyteller – you know how to combine images and text. Do you have experience with Canva, InDesign or Premiere? Bonus points!
- Colleague-connector – you actively involve colleagues in content creation (vlogs, testimonials, interviews).
- Multitasker in the travel industry – from creative proposals to on-the-spot event management: you are flexible and a team player.
- Proactive go-between You see work that needs doing, think ahead, and are happy to help colleagues without being asked. You get energy from taking care of things and working together.
- Energetic and positive – you bring enthusiasm to the team and know how to motivate others with your solution-oriented attitude.
- Internal atmosphere builder - you also ensure internal connection with surprising gestures, creative emails and actions.
- Strong project management - you maintain an overview of campaigns and work systematically with colleagues and external partners.
- A born brand builder – you actively contribute to the further growth and visibility of our brands, and know how to powerfully present their unique stories.
What you bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing communications.
- HBO diploma in communication, marketing or multimedia design.
- Understanding and knowledge of AI capabilities for content creation purposes.
- Strong pen: flawless, convincing, and creative.
- Experience managing a content calendar and cross-media campaigns.
- Affinity with travel, events or the MICE sector.
- Available for 32-40 hours per week.
Pros (but no deal-breakers)
- Experience with WordPress (Elementor), Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of photography and/or video.
- Experience with e-mail marketing (e.g. Mailchimp, Spotler).
