Safety first at goMICE!
When organising MICE events, safety is always goMICE's top priority! We send groups to various locations all over the world almost daily. We therefore see it as our responsibility to stay informed about the current security situation in various countries. We do this through contacts with other UNIGLOBE offices (we are affiliated with more than 1,000 offices spread across 80 countries) as well as by staying up-to-date via the websites of government agencies, for example.
Always up to date with the security situation
Therefore, we always give to all participants of an incentive trip this practical website door, which was developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They developed a website where you can easily and quickly stay informed about the current security situation in other countries.
After signing up, you will be informed if a country's security situation changes. You can choose between a basic or an extended registration.
Basic registration
For the basic registration they only need the following details:
– Email address
– Mobile phone number
– Countries you want to receive alerts from
Comprehensive registration
You can also choose to leave more information, such as a date of arrival, date of departure and the location of your stay abroad. This enables even better and faster contact to be made with you in exceptional situations.
This website can also be used if you are going to live abroad for an extended period or if you live abroad. An app is also available for your smartphone. This allows you to receive push notifications directly.
Are you going on (incentive) trip? Then register simply and quickly within a minute at this website.
