A dovecote at the goMICE office!
As spring finally seems to have arrived in the Netherlands, the office is like a dovecote. The project managers, including myself, are constantly coming and going during this period. The months of November through February, and also July and August, are months when project managers at goMICE often put in a lot of office hours. The months outside of these are the real peak months, and everyone is travelling a lot to incentive travel to prepare or accompany.
The goMICE project managers on the go
This week, various project managers were on the road again. Nadia and I were with the client on a 2-day inspection in preparation for a great trip that will take place at the end of May. We will then visit all the restaurants included in the itinerary and taste all the courses (including the wines). We will also showcase as many of the planned activities as possible and present them with possible bars, clubs, and entertainment venues that match the target audience.
Food and drink are sampled during such a trip. Sometimes we adapt menus further to your liking and there is also plenty of enjoyment! We try to fully relieve our contacts of any worries, with hospitality being of paramount importance. Because although it is work, we also want our contacts to enjoy the trip with us.
Incentive trip for 80 people
Nadia did not travel back to the Netherlands with us. She was to receive a group of 80 people at that same destination two days later. The contact person for this client was even due to arrive a day earlier, so that she and Nadia could arrange some matters together, including the closing party night at the beach club. Nadia is therefore staying at this destination for seven days.

Group from the Netherlands and from Denmark
The participants of this incentive trip will arrive in two groups. Namely, one group from the Netherlands and one group from Denmark. We will have them both fly to the destination from their respective countries. The Danes will arrive slightly earlier, and Nadia will greet them. She will then wait there for approximately 45 minutes until the Dutch contingent arrives, led by project manager Talitha. Together, they will guide them throughout the entire programme.
Another incentive trip for 60 people to Ibiza
At the same time, Rosa was in Ibiza to finalise some last details. She is organising a trip to Ibiza for 60 people. This group will be travelling to this destination for Pentecost. Ibiza We know it like the back of our hand, but we always go on an inspection. This is simply because we don't want to leave anything to chance and want to arrange everything perfectly. This group will be travelling to Ibiza next Whitsun weekend under the guidance of Rosa and Linda.
This is about a young group of people from the temping industry. We expect it to be a pleasant occasion! In any case, everything has been perfectly arranged in advance, so they will be completely taken care of by us. That's what we, as goMICE We stand for: taking care of everything, hospitality, and we pay attention to the smallest details. Every single time. I am proud of our tireless organisation.
