With a group of 80 Belgian participants to Dubai

After months of preparationRead here about our inspection trip to Dubai) and fine-tuning, we would be hosting the approximately 80 participants from Belgium who would be travelling with us to Dubai for a fantastic luxury incentive travel. We did have a small extra challenge this time, as the party was to consist of both Dutch and French-speaking guests.
Due to the snow, early at the airport
Because snow was forecast, we had already set off from the Netherlands extra early. We didn't want to take any risks and were at the airport early. We had also sent the participants an email the evening before, advising them to leave on time due to the expected snow. The first participants soon reported to us at the agreed spot and, as we had arranged a special check-in desk, the group was checked in very quickly. We did depart a little later, however, due to the de-icing of the aircraft.
The flight and transfer were of course well organised.
After a flight of around 6.5 hours, we landed at Dubai Airport. We had mobilised no fewer than about 15 people from the gate to the transfer buses to ensure everything ran smoothly. At every corner and every intersection (Dubai Airport is very large), there was a representative with a sign displaying the logo. This allowed all participants to very easily follow their route to the exit.
Dubai, the city of unlimited possibilities…
In the middle of the night, we arrived at the beautiful hotel: the Ritz Carlton. Together with the hotel staff, we ensured that the check-in went very smoothly and within 15 minutes all participants had their keys.
The Ritz Carlton is not only a fantastic hotel in a very pleasant location, but they are also known for their high-quality hospitality and service. They once again lived up to this reputation during this trip.
Packed with incentive programmes in Dubai
The programme was packed with activities at the client's request, and it was going to be a real challenge to make everything run smoothly, but that's precisely why we were there! This client wanted a very full programme to show and let the participants experience as much as possible, and that's exactly what we were going to ensure!

High-end restaurants in Dubai
For this special group, our client wanted to go all out. In consultation, we selected the best restaurants in Dubai for lunch and dinner. What do you think of the restaurant at the Madinat complex? A restaurant among the skyscrapers on a rooftop.
We also selected a restaurant on the beach and also a very special restaurant underground where you feel like you're looking straight into the sea! In Dubai, anything is possible and the opportunities are endless, and the participants have also experienced this. It wasn't just about fantastic culinary experiences, but the location of each restaurant was also an absolute highlight.
Great 5 days in Dubai
The days flew by and on the way back everyone fell fast asleep! But with an unprecedented feeling of satisfaction. The guests were extremely pleased, and our client as well, and that's what we do it for. We were once again delighted by all the praise from the participants and especially by the fact that our contact person, during his closing speech, also goMICE thanked with very kind words. Exceeding expectations, that is our goal every time!
