2. A taste of Italy: Bologna & Parma
Last autumn, we organised a culinary inspiration trip to Bologna & Parma for one of our regular clients. Two beautiful cities renowned for their Parma ham, Parmesan cheese, mortadella, balsamic vinegar and, of course, spaghetti Bolognese.
